If you follow me on Facebook, you know that recently had the opportunity to shoot for The Wine Cellar & Bistro in Columbia, MO. You also know, that I loved every minute of it! Sarah and Craig were the absolute sweetest, and the smells, ohemmmgeeeeee the smells. If you haven't been in, why wait? I've also included a few descriptions, as if the eye candy wasn't temptation enough!


Spring Onion Vichyssoise $7/$9

chilled creamy potato, spring onion, green garlic Garden Project mizuna, kale, cashew pesto

 

Baby Carrots & Napa Noodles $12/$24

coconut roasted baby carrots, Napa cabbage noodles, sunflower shoots,  black walnuts, Mo organic shiitake, preserved lemon, warm white miso-ginger sauce

 
Almond Crusted Halibut $16/$32

Organic almonds, Alaskan halibut, grapefruit beurre blanc,  baby carrots, roasted local turnips, Garden Project dill

 
Local Lamb Duo $14/$28  

Mo grass-fed lamb, ribs and tajine of lamb, braised mustard greens,  Moroccan spiced potatoes, garlic scape & mint salsa
